A very good weekend

Well… we quit the lemon cleans. I started with cranberry juice and broccoli and carrots and later delicious camembert with bread and then I had wine. It felt pretty good. We partied all night last night with old Madonna songs and mixture of different music from around the world and I had tons of fun with Ida, Shadan and Roxaneh. I'm very grateful for having awesome friends. It's like they are all have a unique personality of their own that makes them precious and lovable. I gotta add Talayeh, Negar, Maryam and Afra to the list as well. I really enjoy their company anytime anywhere. I think this cleanse made me a very happy person. I went to James place this morning to have coffee and smoothie. He went to work and I went to get some shopping done and read a book he gave me. I bump into my old friend and her new baby. It was nice seeing her and her baby. Then I had a vegetarian sub. (See I'm going by my rules) I'm drinking jasmine tea and vegan brownie while typing these words.
Result of shopping today are: an apple green water bottle (my personal trainer always complain that I don’t have a water bottle), a pair of white slippers (Karamel my beloved dog chewed my old slippers), a white satin robe (which is my birthday gift from Afra who gave me a gift certificate for my birthday), a naughty secret present for Afra and Alireza for their 10th or 9th (I don’t know exactly) anniversary and tree pair of black nylons for work. I'm pretty happy with my life at the moment and I think it has something to do with the cleanse. I got rid of all the bad thoughts and toxins in my body and that made me get back to my happy self.

    Hello Marjan
This is my first post here.
As usual I read your weblog everyday and when I saw that you have started to write in English I click the link and began to read your posts.
It's a little time-consuming for me to read and translate your posts to Farsi but it really has worth to waste time!
It’s completely good news that you are happy again, as I remember you wrote in your last post in Farsi; you are not in a good mood and had unhappy days.
I wish you joy, happiness and healthy days.
    Good luck
    Negin ;)

Good that you're writing in English. This might help undo some of the damage you did to yourself by exposing every nimcompoop to some of the most private details of your life. At least, most people able to read in English-- not all, unfortunately-- have a more open mindset.

Hi, how did it go? did you finish your Lemon cleansing? how do you feel now? to be honest I am shocked by the fact that you loose 11.5 percent of your body weight! now you have finished your ten days, have you lost that much? that would be great if let me know what has happened, cos I am thinking of doing it. cheers
